Macildowie HR are excited to be working with a forward thinking client in the insurance industry to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their HR department on a permanent basis The company have embraced agile working and are offering a competitive salaryof £20,000-£25,000 p.a, dependant on qualifications/experience.

This is a key role for supporting the HR function, acting as the glue that holds it all together This role will be based out of their site in Leicester, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and supporting BP's in various offices with theadministration of all HR related responsibilities. Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships are KEY in this role

THE ROLE:

- Provide basic guidance to employees around HR policies, processes and procedures and escalate more complex queries as required
- Input and support with the development and review of HR processes
- Take minutes and keep records during ER meetings
- Support with recruitment including creating adverts, schedule interviews and assist with feedback
- Assist with HR projects as and when required
- Support the running of Employee surveys, analysis of responses and reporting

ABOUT YOU:

- Previous experience working within a HR department desirable
- Good communication (listening is just as important), team working and relationship building skills
- Ability to work calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Organisation and planning skills - ability to prioritise and be responsible for own workload
