Fleet Administrator

**Fleet Administrator | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | £24,000 | Leicestershire**
Cherry Professional are partnered with a leading software sales and marketing business to recruit a **Fleet & Business Services Advisor**as soon as possible. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent operational support to meet the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides an efficient **support service** to the field-based employees to enable them to achieve their operational commitments.
- Sourcing/ordering new vehicles for new starters and ensuring vehicle safety is maintained.
- Liaison with HR and employees when compiling information for inclusion on the P11D report.
- Completing relevant vehicle associated paperwork for new starters/leavers
- Conducting vehicle inspections, gathering all required information
- Compiling incident reports to monitor relevant costs per team.
- Providing advice to field-based employees regarding vehicle repair processes.
- Ensuring charges for excess deductions are passed to relevant field-based employees.
- Liaising with leasing companies, insurance companies and solicitors.
- Arranging delivery and collection of company vehicles, with liaison of starters/leavers and transfers.
- Distribution and monitoring of motoring offences, ensuring relevant charges have been passed onto field-based employees and that database records are maintained.
- General office admin duties
- Have previous experience in administration, fleet administration experience is not necessary
- Hold a full, UK Driving Licence.
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365.
