**Internal Account Executive**

**12-month fixed term contract**

**Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm**
**Friday 8:30am - 3pm**

**Salary: £23,500 + benefits**

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Customer service- Preparation of proposals and quotations- General office administration Previous experience with CRM systems advantageous**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inbound call handling- General sales administration duties to support the sales process and a team of external technical sales engineers.- The compilation of proposals and proactive sales activities to convert to orders.- Working with the external technical sales engineers to manage an opportunity pipeline in the CRM system.- Liaison between the service and sales hub and other departments including production,operations, warehousing, technical support, and finance- General office administration and secretarial duties as required.- Customer database management- Deliver excellent customer care.- Maximising sales revenues.**Pertemps**:
