If so, this could be the opportunity for you as we’re currently recruiting for **a New Talent Coordinator** to join the team on a permanent basis at our head office in Coventry.

We’re looking for someone with a successful track record of delivering high quality outputs with enthusiasm and passion.

Within this role you will coordinate and support in managing new talent programmes, acting as a first point of contact for queries, and co-ordinator for new talent events and activities. You will build excellent relationships with key stakeholders across the company and externally.

You’ll support with the design and delivery of new talent induction and on-programme training modules to ensure we deliver the best experience to our people.

Your other key accountabilities will include:

- Management of accommodation and transport for training of our new talent.
- Producing training materials, guides and any other learning support collateral required for the programmes.
- Management of the feedback surveys and gathering of results.
- Supporting the design and delivery of the induction and on programme modules.
- Develop and maintain credibility, expertise, and current knowledge of our programmes through effective internal and external networking.
- Support the new talent and external providers through to End Point Assessments (EPA).
- Support the collation of accurate information on financial spend on levy draw down and third-party invoices.
- Contract management/contract renewal processes.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

To be successful in this role you will be energised by a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. You’ll be able to prioritise by understanding your key deliverables and managing the unexpected effectively.

You should have a ‘right first time’ attitude, focussing on the quality of work and attention to detail, as well as excellent organisation skills, the confidence to tackle issues and the ability to manage your own workload effectively, with proficiency in prioritisation and adaptation.

It would be great if you also had experience in a Learning and Development environment and the delivery of New Talent programmes.
