Job Purpose

As our Future Talent Advisor, you'll take charge of coordinating all entry-level recruitment and onboarding for our diverse Future Talent programmes. You'll be the driving force behind attracting, assessing, and onboarding the next generation of talent for our organisation.

You will take ownership of our Future Talent recruitment programme and you will be required to travel extensively and stay away during peak periods to support recruitment campaigns across our networks, however this will be balanced by quieter times dedicated to planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise Attraction Strategies: Work with our employer branding team to create and deliver market-leading attraction strategies, showcasing our brand to entry-level talent.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key partner organisations such as universities, colleges and community groups.
  • Facilitate Assessments: Coordinate, design and oversee the assessment and selection process for all Future Talent candidates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review, identify, and understand stakeholder and candidate needs, delivering sustainable process and procedural improvements.


Skills and Experience

Experience: Proven experience in delivering large-scale recruitment programs, particularly for entry-level talent.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple workstreams.
