As our company grow, we grow. We are therefore now looking for a committed and collaborative Tech Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Partner who wants to be an important part of driving this company to success.

We hope to find a talent to support the Tech recruitment towards our R&D function within the UK market. This combined with taking full ownership partnering up with the departments located in UK and HQ Sweden.

The position is located in UK. We understand that work life balance isn’t easy, and of course welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

**What you’ll do**

Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:

- Ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our Polestar Culture by full life cycle recruitment accountability, acting as an advisor and partner
- Providing guidance and coaching for Hiring Managers in supporting current and future needs for building successful teams
- Bringing recruitment expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy

To be successful in this role we believe you have:

- Solid experience working with full life cycle recruitment, using non-bias and proven recruitment methods. We encourage trying new research-based innovative methods
- Experience collaborating with markets outside of Sweden, used to working in an international environment
- A University degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or other relevant field
- We see it as a great advantage if you have experience from successfully recruiting senior/executive positions.
