We're working exclusively with Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare who are now looking for a Head of Talent. Salary : £85k plus package including healthy bonus
Location : Coventry/Hybrid with travel to Harlow

Purpose of the role: To lead and manage the integrated talent strategy, to deliver a fit for purpose talent acquisition and talent development offering that promotes and enhances the candidate and colleague experience to attract, build and retain the best people to deliver for LPCH.

Key Accountabilities are:

Leading and driving the processes and methods to attract high quality, talented candidates, aligned to the LPCH values and capable of supporting and delivering business objectives
Leading, managing and promoting a solid employer brand and measurable candidate experience, aligned to LPCH business objectives
Understanding and anticipating L&D needs across the organisation to design and implement a L&D strategy which provides timely, fit for purpose learning solutions to maximise the potential of all colleagues
Driving a consistent colleague learning experience through blended functional and technical development solutions to onboard, equip, upskill and support the development of colleagues throughout their employment lifespan
Leading and developing the performance and potential of the Talent team to deliver agreed objectives
Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships to shape, develop and retain talent


You and your capabilities:
- Relevant L&D CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of continuous professional development
- Extensive experience and proven track record in a talent leadership role
- Experience of up-to-date best practice recruitment methods, both internally and externally
- Strong brand awareness to feed in to resourcing activities using a range of systems and media
- Accredited coach
- BSP qualified or equivalent
- Accredited to deliver a range of behavioural tools i.e. SDI, TMSDI, MBTI, EQ
- Experience in a senior position within a HR function
- Proven track record in creating robust LNA/TNA and developing fit for purpose business solutions
- Proven track record in measuring and evaluating ROI and commercial benefit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in LMS and e-learning tools
- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and embrace innovation in L&D practices
- Strong communication and partnering skills
- Strong commercial drive to meet targets and provide focus where the most value is added
Proven track record in developing and maintaining stakeholder relations
