Head of Talent

Location: Warwickshire

**Salary**: £70,000 - £75,000 + plus great benefits.

I am partnering with a client that has gone through huge transformation, part of this transformation has been the setup of a strong Resourcing team where every person plays their part. This function now has a seat at the table and a voice that is heard inthe business at a senior level.

The function although robust with ambitious plans is still in its infancy with lots of exciting plans to make this an innovative, creative function that has a huge impact on every single area of the business.?

The Head of Talent will work with the Senior leadership team to align Talent Acquisition strategy with Business strategy and deliver world class best practice.? A key part of this role is to direct, coach and nurture an existing strong team,?building brilliantlystrong stakeholder relationships to deliver business objectives.?

Responsibilities:?
- Partner with your stakeholders to be aware of future needs, support workforce planning and build strong succession plans
- Implement multiple sourcing strategies to attract the best talent into the business and grow diverse future pipelines
- Drive through projects that will enhance the brand and help drive the people agenda.
- Constantly evaluate, review resourcing strategies to stay ahead of the curve to ensure the business attracts brilliant people in line with business values.?
- Design and drive new robust innovative resourcing concepts through the business.
- Using data to make sound business decisions.

Key Skills:?
- A strong background working at a senior level within complex, commercial businesses that are going through growth and change.
- Experience of working at a strategic level - this role requires a strategic thinker as well as a good man manager.
- Commitment and tangible methods to drive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion?agenda.
- A passion for being data driven?a real understanding of Return on Investment
- A strong manager of people who will coach, guide and nurture a brilliant team
- Values driven personality, compassion, commercial, Curious attributes will make you a brilliant contender
