**Salary**:£21,287 - £25,043 depending upon experience

**About The Role**

We have an opportunity for a dynamic and driven person, like you, to join our team as an administrator extraordinaire within our Talent Acquisition team

Joining a team of 7 administrators, you will support with the end-to-end recruitment cycle, as well as building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels within Cadent. This is no ordinary administrative role - you will have the chance to think outside the box, bring new ideas to the table and play a critical role in helping to keep people warm whilst protecting the planet.

Don’t have previous experience working with a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team? No problem. There is plenty of scope for learning and we will support you every step of the way.

To be successful in this role, your proven track record of success in an administrative role, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro is what we’re most interested in. You will also be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude and have a passion for making things happen.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Scheduling Interview bookings in accordance with agreed SLA’s
- Generating contracts, contract updates, creating payroll numbers and other administrative support.
- Helping to continuously improve our current processes - We want to hear your ideas
- Assisting with implementing our new talent schemes (there will be opportunities to attend career fairs if desired)
- Answering ad-hoc queries from the wider business

**About You**
- You will have proven experience working in a busy administrative role
- You will have used the SuccessFactors system before
- You will be confident using Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- You will have excellent adaptive communication skills
- You will have a proactive approach to working
- You will have excellent organisation and workload management skills
- You will have a passion to be a team player in a high performing team
