HR Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to join our busy HR team. You will need to be well organised, have excellent communication skills and ideally at least 2 years’ administration experience, preferably within the HR environment. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who is happy to work on their own initiative as well as in a team.

**The Role**
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Pre-recruitment issues/procedures
- Assisting and taking notes during interviews
- Collating/photocopying of relevant documents for new staff induction
- Maintenance of holiday/Toil records in conjunction with other team members
- To assist with the maintenance of office infrastructure including arranging for tradesmen to attend the office in order to repair and for redecoration purposes
- Co-ordinating and monitoring of efficiency of the office cleaning and window cleaning
- Reporting any issues in the office locality to the relevant bodies
- To assist the Manager of HR & Facilities to ensure that there is overall compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation
- Other duties required within the scope and spirit of the post

- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- A strong team player, someone who is willing to do what it takes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality
- Ability to take direction, ask appropriate questions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience of an administration role in a professional environment
- Good keyboard skills
- Must have a driving licence and own transport
