Latham & Bond HR is helping a leading manufacturing business based in Coventry recruit an Operations Administrator. This pivotal role supports the manufacturing and supply chain by providing administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a collaborative team setting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the manufacturing and supply chain departments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project timelines.


Skills and Experience:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Previous experience in an administrative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
