**Company Description**
eEnergy is a leading Energy Services business listed on AIM (EAAS). We enable our customers to achieve Net Zero without the need for capital investment. We provide smart Zero Carbon energy procurement, technology enabled energy management and Energy Efficiency as a Service. The business has grown rapidly since joining AIM in January 2020 and has completed four acquisitions in that time, the largest, and most recent, being of Utilityteam in September 2021. In FY21 (to June 2021) revenue was £13.6 m, which was more than 3 x the prior year and our organic revenue growth was over 75%. We expect to almost double again in size in the current year.
We operate through two market facing divisions in the UK & Ireland. Our Energy Management (“EMaaS”) division is a Top 5 energy management business and helps organisations to procure their energy through our proprietary reverse auction platform. Our Energy Efficiency division deploys technology to reduce energy consumption and energy bills. Our clients have no upfront capital cost but pay us a monthly rental over a 5 or 7 year term that is always less than the energy savings made. Both of our divisions are supported by our proprietary MY ZeERO measurement & verification platform that measures energy consumption at an asset or circuit level, providing granular emissions and consumption data to our clients and enabling the identification and then elimination of their energy waste. We are now moving into localised generation (mainly solar) and EV charging to support our clients’ journey to Net Zero.
Role Purpose: We are looking for talented and motivated people to create the future of sustainability transition.The HR function of eEnergy Management Limited also undertakes the management of the Coventry Office. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. You will also be responsible for general office administration tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners
Key Objectives:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding including holding interviews and exit interview
- Assist with payroll and employee benefits
- Assist with investigations in response to employee complaints
- Create training and development plans with line management
- Maintain personnel records within the HRIS
- Responsible for administering performance management program
- Dealing with queries related to the office management
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Assisting with managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
**Qualifications**
Essential
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good time management and organization skills
- Preferably CIPD Level 3 qualified or willing to be enrolled onto CIPD Level 3 Apprenticeship
Desirable
- Adept with performance management and investigations
- Proficiency with HRIS
Skilled in employee benefits administration
