Working with Coventry Schools Foundation (CSF), we are looking to recruit an additional **HR Administrator** to support their expanding HR team. Ideally looking for a minimum of 6 months experience as a **HR Administrator**, or if you have a CIPD qualification, please apply. Hours are 8.30am -4.30pm office based, 5 days per week, 12-month fixed term contract.

You will be:

- Providing first line generalist HR advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice.
- Maintaining the HR inboxes and ensuring all queries are dealt with in timely fashion.
- Working with the outsourced Payroll/Pensions provider, to ensure payroll is processed every month and any payroll questions are answered in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the HR system, inputting and keeping the data up to date.
- Overseeing the Recruitment and Onboarding function with tasks such as job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, offer packs, pre-employment checks and all related administrations.
- Supporting the HR Manager with projects.
