**Senior Learner Talent Coordinator - Coventry/Hybrid Working - Up to £26,000**
At IN4 Group we operate HOST which helps train individuals from all background in the skills of the future. We run training programmes in Data Science, Software Engineering, Games programming, Cloud computing and Cyber Security. These individuals can be peoplelooking to start their career or looking to change career and work in tech.
We are looking for a Senior Talent Coordinator to support our Learner Recruitment Manager in screening potential learners for our boot camps and going out into the community to recruit new individuals and share our message.
You will be responsible for making sure applicants are right for the boot camp and speak to them over the phone or video. In addition, you will need to lead the team in the recruitment manager’s absence.
**Experience we are looking for**:
Working experience communicating with customers over the phone and/or face to face. This could be in customer services, call centre, sales etc.
Strong communications skills and people person
Attention to detail
Be able to or have a desire to mentor other staff members
**What’s on offer**:
Starting salary of up to £26,000
Hybrid working opportunity (3 days onsite/2 remote)
