As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our healthcare and education construction projects. Lead the on-site construction team, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage aspects of the construction process, including working with design coordination, material procurement, scheduling, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project reviews to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, building codes, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and client representatives to ensure projects meet functional and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop your on-site team, providing guidance and promoting professional growth.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, from the construction team to healthcare administrators, maintaining transparent and constructive dialogues.
- Take proactive measures to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and accommodate changing project scopes and timelines.

Experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years in a site management role.
- A trade background OR a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience with Design and Build projects, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
- A leader with a track record of managing teams to successful completion of complex projects, embodying integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Strong communication and negotiation talents, capable of building robust relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
