**Recruitment Coordinator**

**Hybrid working with base from our Coventry Head Office**

**Fixed Term Contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave**

**The Opportunity**:
At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers, our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition** **team.

You will provide an effective administrative service to the Talent Acquisition Team and wider People team, providing support for all activities around the recruitment of staff, including processing offer letters and carrying out all related checks including right to work. You will ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and onboarding processes are carried out, delivering excellent service standards to all applicants and stakeholders.

**About You**:
You will have excellent customer care skills with a passion for providing high levels of customer service, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will need to embrace new technology, and be confident using a range of different platforms. Experience in a recruitment role, along with a CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
