Stadium serves its clients with one goal in mind - keeping people safe. This is a goal we consistently achieve through the three key parts of our business: Event Services, Training, and temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM). **Who are we looking for ?**

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to join us at Stadium in our head office in Coventry. We are looking for someone to join the active and rewarding world that is Events, Training and Facilities Management.

The role will ultimately be dedicated to managing all resourcing requirements of one of our clients.

**As Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- **Planning and carrying out scheduling of 600+ staff across various sites nationally**:

- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems
- Communicating across all relevant departments pre and post event
- Sending out start times to staff, creating rota’s and timesheets
- Ensuring operations have all necessary paperwork for their event days
- Conducting remote site inductions
- Assisting the Operations and HR team with general performance management and HR issues
- Offering on the day support to the operations team, liaising between them and our casual staff
- Ensuring that the Recruitment KPI’s are tracked and met effectively
- Delivering face to face assessment days nationwide
- Ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to
- Establishing and organising client requirements for successful recruitment campaigns
- Coordinating and assisting in recruitment assessment days (in accordance with government guidelines) when required
- Making sure our Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date
- Liaise with colleagues in all departments and be willing to assist across departments when required.
- **Planning and carrying out scheduling for all new starters ensuring they have support and guidance through their initial shifts**:

- **Ensuring ID Cards are created and sent to all new starters**:

- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems as required
- Communicating across all relevant departments
- Creation of site-specific information packs for all clients and ensuring these are updated as changes are made
- Supporting the Compliance Manager with staff filters and reports
- Assisting with all event accreditations
- Attendance of all ops & staffing meetings
- Updating of info boards in the office
- Event site visits to keep in touch with the team

**The successful Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator will have the following experience**:

- Background in Staffing, HR, recruitment or events
- Strong customer service experience
- Good knowledge of excel
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure is absolutely paramount
- Positive energy and the ability to motivate those around you
- Business minded and keen to bring new ideas to the table
- A full clean driving license is essential
- Experience from in-house recruitment in fast-paced industries such as events, hospitality, entertainment, logistics, transport, manufacturing, or construction
- Excellent time and resource management skills
- Strong customer service focus and great communication skills
- Ability to work to a high standard in a fast-paced and exciting environment
