Kip McGrath Tuition Brentwood are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and bubbly individual to assume the role of Receptionist / Administrator with an element of marketing.

The role, requirements, prospects and desired skills:
This is a fantastic opportunity for confident individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who are looking to further their career within a well-established and successful business. The Receptionist / Administrator will learn about the daily operations of the business and then play a key part in delivering effective support to the customer service and administrative functions as well as being a good organiser with a creative flair and an interest in marketing.

You will need to have a good listening ear, a warm and caring nature, be a quick learner and must constantly strive for delivering superstar customer services, aiming to exceed expectations on all levels and to make every family feel special.

Key duties and tasks will include:

- Build rapport, identify customer needs quickly, efficiently, and proactively to deliver the right solution in the first instance
- Ensure all internal systems are updated and maintained with accurate and up-to-date information
- Responding to and managing customer inquiries
- Assistance with paperwork, document creation and other ad-hoc duties
- General administration/back-office duties - filing, photocopying and scanning etc.
- Marketing using Facebook, Instagram and our in house CRM system along with creating designs on Canva.

Desired qualifications
GCSE 9-4/A*-C in English and Maths or Functional Skills (desirable)

There is always opportunity for individuals going above and beyond the norm to proceed to management positions in the future.

Things to consider:
We are open 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. We therefore need someone to cover the following hours:
Mon & Thu 9:00am - 6:30pm, Tue & Wed 10.30am-6.30pm, Fridays off

Saturdays: 1x 9am-5pm, 2x 9am-2:30pm and one Sat off in every 4 weeks.

School Summer Holiday hours will be different.

Ability to cover occasional staff absences between 9am - 8pm.

We are open half term breaks and closed for 2 weeks over Christmas, 1 week over Easter and 1 week over the summer holiday. Holidays must be taken within these closure times. Your working hours over the school holidays will differ.

This is an in-centre position and not remote from home.

Salary dependent on experience
