Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet patients and visitors & assisting the office manager to Coordinate projects - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Experience working in a office is essential, and experience in Property Management or Estate agency would be desired, but not essential.

**Salary**: £19,353.00-£20,626.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brentwood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
