Hours are Monday - Thursday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm & 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Friday. We are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

About you
- You will be a self-motivated, organised Administrator that delivers professional support for Practitioners and the Management Team. Accuracy, attention to detail and use of initiative is required when raising and processing invoices, minuting meetings, correspondence and diary management.
- You must have a confident working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet), experience of using computerised systems although training will be given.
- You are able to prioritise your workload whilst achieving deadlines, in a highly performing and changing environment. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection is imperative. You can demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and make a positive contribution to our team.
- Please detail in your supporting statement how you meet the essential criteria of the person specification.
