Job Role: Youth Intervention Coordinator

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire (NN1)

Salary: £25,095 - £25,432 per annum plus £1,400 per annum attendance bonus

Hours: Core hours are between 8am and 8pm Mon - Fri and between 8am and 2pm on Saturdays. Staff will work 40hrs on 8 hr shifts and usually do one Saturday per month. There may be times when it is required to work outside the hours to support the young people and needs of the business.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Youth Intervention Coordinator at Belinda Ferrison House. As a key member of our staffing team, you will play a vital role in supporting care leavers aged 17-25 years in their transition to independent living.

As a Youth Intervention Coordinator, you will work closely with our young people to assess their needs and provide guidance and support to help them develop the skills required to live independently. This will include managing finances, building relationships, and domestic skills.

What You'll Bring
