Role Summary:


Deliver exceptional care and assistance to clients with diverse requirements, including behavioral challenges, mental health issues, non-verbal communication, and learning disabilities.

Support with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, toileting) while fostering independence and respect.
Assist clients in their daily routines, including meal preparation, medication supervision, and household responsibilities.
Establish and nurture constructive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
Keep precise and confidential documentation of the care provided.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a comparable position is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compassion, patience, and a caring disposition.
Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Basic computer skills (touchscreen devices, computers).
Valid driving license and access to a dependable vehicle.
Current training in medication administration, moving, and manual handling.
Enhanced DBS check for both Adult and Child workforce.
