Due to growth and success, we are currently looking a Sales Administrator to join a small team environment.

**About the role**:

- Support existing sales & accounts colleagues with administrative tasks
- Input sales orders into system
- Follow up on quotations made by the sales team
- Make sales related phone calls (no cold calling)
- After sales phone calls/customer service outreach
- Ability to engage and develop customer relationships
- Develop social media tools such as Linked In, Facebook

**Skills**
- Excellent time keeping is essential
- Personable / Flexible / good communication skills / team player
- Able to prioritise workload whilst maintaining an efficient standard
- A minimum of Grade C English and Mathematics GCSE (or similar approved)
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient user of IT databases and Microsoft packages
