Job Summary:

A Sales Administrator is required to join the team at Richard Abson Group. The successful candidate will have experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership, with knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Manage vehicle ordering systems, including specifications and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership.
  • Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
  • IT competent with understanding of Kerridge.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer-friendly approach.

What We Offer:

A basic salary of up to £28,000, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm, with no weekends.
