About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Richard Abson Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with vehicle ordering and inventory management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership.
- Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
- IT competence, with a good understanding of Kerridge.
- An excellent telephone manner and customer-friendly approach.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £28,000, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with no weekends. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
