We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Richard Abson Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership.
- Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
- IT competent with understanding of Kerridge.
- Excellent telephone and customer-friendly manner.
What We Offer:
A basic salary of up to £28,000, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm, and NO WEEKENDS.
