About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Richard Abson Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with vehicle ordering and inventory management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership.
  • Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
  • IT competent with understanding of Kerridge.
  • Excellent telephone and customer-friendly manner.

What We Offer

A basic salary of up to £28,000, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm, and NO WEEKENDS. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
