Job Title: IFA Administrator

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare portfolio valuations and produce illustrations for new business
* Arrange meetings with clients for our financial advisors
* Handle client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare suitability reports for approval by our financial advisors
* Send reports and investment information to clients
* Accurately submit data on our system for clients
* Ensure work is completed within specified timelines

**Requirements**

* Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
* Experience with report writing, valuations, and appraisals is ideal
* Strong administration skills and great communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Familiarity with current FCA Legislation is a plus
