A Sales Administrator is required to join the team at Richard Abson Group. The successful candidate will have experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership, with knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Manage vehicle ordering systems, including specifications and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership.
- Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
- IT competent with understanding of Kerridge.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer-friendly approach.
What We Offer:
A basic salary of up to £28,000, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm, with no weekends.
