Hazlemere Window Company Ltd are looking for a **Customer Service **Administrator **to join their team.
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
**Salary**: Competitive

An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Support team for an experienced Scheduler.
**Customer Service **Administrator - **Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling planned maintenance, remedial and corrective visits with clients for our service engineers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at all levels
- Preparing various activity and KPI reports
- Liaising with internal departments related to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales)
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to service
**Customer Service **Administrator - **You:
- Prior scheduling experience
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Great organisation skills and a customer focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- You must be able to use Microsoft software
Key attributes should include:
- Advanced experience with Microsoft and be confident on a computer
- Manage office communications, letters, and documents
- Diary Management for team
- Manage workload and prioritise accordingly
- Be willing to learn new software
- Help manage team inboxes
- Data entry onto CRM Database
- External and internal department telephone calls
This is a salaried position and carries 22 days annual leave plus Statutory Bank holidays, and additional staff benefits.
