**Job Title**:Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

**Location**:High Wycombe

**Salary**:£11 per hour

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (40 hours per week)

**Contract Type**: 12 weeks temporary contract then permanent

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate databases
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth communication
- Providing administrative support to the wider team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role

Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
