**Patient Services Administration Team Leader**

**Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire**

**Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday**

**7.5 hours between the hours of 8am to 6pm**

Our client is an independent provider of progressive and innovative stoma care services to primary, secondary and private care sector. The company is an award-winning home delivery service for stoma and/or continence supplies which prides itself on a friendly and efficient service to customers living in the United Kingdom. The benefits of this service include a Nursing support service for patients in their homes**.**

We are looking for Patient Services Administration Team Leader. In this role you will be responsible for delivering excellent administration service through the management of your Patient Services administration team. You will be responsible for leadership, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals and performance management

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Providing an excellent administration service in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Supporting Patient Services Manager at all times
- Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by you in line with company targets
- Coach and develop the Patient Services Administration Team members

**To be considered for this important role you will ideally meets the following criteria;**
- Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
- Excellent customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work to and driven to achieve targets
- Live in commutable distance to High Wycombe
