**About the Position**

We are currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

**Key Tasks**

  • Meeting with customers to understand their requirements and taking service department bookings.
  • Keeping customers informed of technical issues and resolving any complaints efficiently.
  • Upselling products and services to customers where appropriate.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems is required.
  • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £46k per year, including an OTE of up to £46,000, depending on performance.
