We're looking for a Competitions Coordinator to join our team in London as part of our Content function.

Your team: You will be joining the Content team as part of the Learning function. This team is responsible for programming and delivering learning programmes and competitions across the LIONS portfolio. The focus of this team is to support next-generation talent and future creative leaders to reach their full potential.

Your Role: You will work closely with the Senior Learning Manager and the wider Learning team to deliver the Young Talent Competitions across Dubai Lynx, Spikes Asia and Cannes Lions Festivals. You will primarily work on the flagship Young Lions Competitions ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

A key eye for detail and an ability to multitask are a must within this role. With the support of the Senior Learning Manager, you will lead the Young Lions Competition programme onsite at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of the Young Lions Competitions logistics from sourcing and selecting NGOs to delivery of seven Young Lions Competitions.
- Management of the Festival Representative Network regarding allocation and registration of teams entering the Young Lions Competitions.
- Manage and report on the status of all registered competitors (450+ delegates) as per agreed allocation pre-competitions.
- Update and amend all documentation related to the competitions and distribute to all Representatives and competitors.
- Provide support to the Senior Learning Manager during the competitions, working with the technical, entry and judging team to ensure the smooth running of the Young Lions Competitions throughout.
- Provide continuous customer support, and manage inboxes, Slack channels and SLAs.

Your Experience
- Knowledge of the advertising and communications industry is highly desirable
- Strong administrator - highly organised both in yourself and co-ordinating others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proven ability at working with authority, patience and creativity in balance
- Self-motivated - able to work independently and take responsibility for all aspects of the job in hand
- Confident and amiable - Comfortable dealing with senior management figures (often CEO level)
- Ability to analyze reports and findings, create new reports from data and convey research
