Office Administrator/customer Service

Responsibilities:
Reception duties, answer incoming calls, meet and greet clients on arrival, make refreshments for visitors. Undertake administration tasks including updating management system used to record time, schedule work and deadlines. produce engagement letters for new clients. Invoicing of work carried out. Assist in the preparation of client bookkeeping and accounts. Chase clients for records. General clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Use a variety of administration and accounting systems.

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
