You’ll be assigned to a wholly owned subsidiary of British Airways at Gatwick and be part of the BA Group.
You will lead your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service across our European network.

**Your Experience**:
- Minimum of 12 months of operational flying experience within the last five years
- Hold a valid attestation
- The drive and determination to be a good team player
- The ability to display strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate a professional approach towards company standards and safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to act on your initiative
**Benefits Package**:

At BA Euroflyer, we want to make sure you excel in your career and provide you with progression opportunities.
You will be eligible to advance to Cabin Service Manager by learning how to train your crew on the aircraft and providing them with job-related feedback, and you will strengthen your abilities. To help you with this, you will receive excellent leadership training.
You will be working to a roster pattern that may include early starts and late finishes. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service regardless of the time of day. This opportunity is for people looking to join us in London Gatwick on a short-haul, point-to-point basis.

This vacancy is for experienced crew ONLY. If you hold a valid UK or EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), the CCA must have been issued within the last five years, or if issued more than five years ago, you must have flown on at least one aircraft type.
This role is eligible for the BA Euroflyer Colleague Referral Scheme.
**Role Requirements**:
- Minimum of 12 months of operational flying experience within the last five years
- Hold a valid attestation
- Hold a valid UK passport with a minimum 12 months validity or right to live and work in the UK
- Live within 90 minutes of London Gatwick
- Obtain a valid criminal record check
- Obtain satisfactory references for the previous five years
- Covid double-vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to swim 50 meters unaided (This will be assessed upon joining)
