- Track and organize documentation and records for all cabin crew assessments and performance files.

- Manage uniform coordination, including ordering, invoicing, and client liaison.
- Assist the Head of Cabin Services with administrative tasks, including procedures, processes, audits, and cabin crew records.
- Contribute to the development of the office, including maintaining a stock of stationery and equipment.
- Support the administration of cabin crew recruitment processes, coordinating with HR and the Training department.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the aviation sector, either in an air crew or administrative capacity.
- Previous experience as a Senior Cabin Crew or similar role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using airline management software and MS Office Suite.
