About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resourcing Assistant to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Secretarial and Administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Assistant Manager, covering the South East region.
  • Coordinate operational activities related to people, ensuring a seamless employment experience within the office.
  • Assist with the provision of an efficient, effective, and professional resourcing support service across both offices.
  • Provide resource administration services to all members of the group, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
Requirements
  • Proven administration/co-ordination experience, with a strong ability to plan work, coordinate, and think logically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence where necessary.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages, with experience with using Retain preferable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
