We are seeking a skilled Resource Planning Administrator to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and championing our innovative flexible shift working tool, ensuring seamless integration into our existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and champion our flexible shift working tool, integrating it into our existing processes.
  • Conduct administrative tasks with precision, including adding shifts to systems and dispatching re-rosters to agency partners.
  • Collect and analyze staff feedback to enhance the uptake of shifts through our app.
  • Proactively forecast staffing requirements, adjusting rosters to meet changing airport activities.
  • Foster clear communication to ensure all team members are informed and prepared for shift changes.
  • Pursue continuous improvements in scheduling efficiency, considering operational demands and team welfare.
  • Keep precise records of scheduling and timekeeping to ensure accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in modern scheduling software and MS Office, ready to lead the adoption of our flexible shift working tool.
  • Experience in resource planning or related roles, with a preference for those familiar with the aviation industry.
  • Fantastic communication skills, crucial for coordinating with a diverse team and ensuring smooth operations.
  • The ability to take the initiative and drive the integration of new technologies into daily operations.
