Our mission is to deliver ACMI and charter services with a contemporary fleet of UK-based aircraft and skilled crews, aligning our operations with the UK's Jet Zero strategy to ensure safety and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative management of all flight documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain and organize records related to cabin crew assessments and performance.
- Act as the primary contact for cabin services feedback, participating in client meetings and utilizing insights for proactive issue management.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage uniform coordination, including ordering, invoicing, and maintaining sizing records, while addressing any related issues or complaints.
- Support the Head of Cabin Services with various administrative tasks, including process documentation, audits, and crew records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of office operations by managing supplies and equipment needs.
- Assist in the recruitment process for cabin crew, coordinating with HR for screenings and interviews, and supporting onboarding efforts with the Training department.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all internal departments.
