Job Title: Bank Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bank Administrator to join our team at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital. As a Bank Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our hospital team, ensuring that daily tasks are completed to a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and hospital staff
  • Support the administration team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that all clinical correspondence and diagnostic results are delivered effectively and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Previous Healthcare experience is advantageous
