Product Administrator

We are seeking an organised and professional candidate to join our small, friendly office on the outskirts of Gatwick. As a Product Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the product and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing and comparing rates of suppliers and competitors
  • Compiling and maintaining pricing spreadsheets
  • Liaising with suppliers, hotels and resorts
  • Working with the accounts and sales teams to deal with queries or issues relating to invoices, pricing and contracts
Requirements:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Background or interest in travel an advantage

  • Work from home on Friday after successful completion of training and probation
