Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure all technical records adhere to internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Collect and review paperwork, ensuring all corrections are distributed to relevant departments or focal points.
  • Perform audits of all Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, work packs, engineering documentation, and other related documentation.
  • Compile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management team.
  • Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
  • Utilize AMOS and STREAM systems to support technical records activities and other requirements.
  • Assist other departments as needed, within capabilities.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the Technical Records department remains compliant and is maintained in an audit-ready condition at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Boeing Production Planning and Technical Services team during maintenance projects.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work unsupervised while being a team player, with a willingness to exceed expectations.
  • Previous experience using AMOS and STREAM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience working within a records Part-145 MRO.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
