Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Records Specialist to join our team at Gold Group. As a key member of our Technical Records department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and review all paperwork from check management, ensuring all corrections are distributed to the relevant departments.
- Perform audits of ATL pages, Work Packs, and Engineering Documentation.
- Compile reports and feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and Boeing management team.
- Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format.
- Use AMOS / STREAM to support Technical Records activities.
- Assist other departments within the organization as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an aircraft Maintenance or Modifications Technical Records administering role.
- Experience using AMOS and/or STREAM.
- Proactive, self-starting, and team-oriented individual.
