Job Title: Aircraft Appearance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aircraft Appearance Supervisor to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance at our airport locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of cleaning personnel to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standards.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service level agreements are met.

  • Oversee stock management and conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve efficiency and quality of work.

  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and signed out/in as required.

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs with the team to ensure that all areas are meeting the required standards.

  • Manage absence and ensure that all necessary processes are followed.

  • Ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively and that good management practices are followed, including regular appraisals and assessments.

  • Ensure that all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to use own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A friendly and approachable manner, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate environment.

  • UK full driving licence.
