Key Responsibilities

The Front Office Supervisor is accountable for leading the reception team to deliver exceptional service, exceeding guests' expectations throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Front Office team, fostering collaboration to meet guest needs and brand standards.
  • Driving the team to achieve maximum guest feedback scores and increase revenue potential through upselling and promotions.
  • Implementing sales, marketing, and rates policies as defined by the Revenue Manager.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly, attentively, and efficiently.
  • Encouraging teamwork between departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Coaching, training, and supporting staff to maintain consistently high standards while continually improving processes.
  • Managing rotas, timesheets, and holiday entitlements, taking into account occupancy and group movements.
  • Overseeing all groups and delayed flight arrivals, ensuring timely administration.

Requirements

  • A professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in a similar position within a 4-star hotel environment.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
