The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the training and development of our care team. As a Field Care Supervisor with Helping Hands, you will play a key role in ensuring our carers receive the highest standard of training and support.

You will be involved in the recruitment process, providing coaching and support to new carers, and assisting the office team with compliance and customer reviews.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring carers are trained to the highest standard
  • Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
  • Conducting spot checks and supervisions with care assistants
  • Meeting with customers to review care plans
  • Conducting risk assessments
