Position: Healthcare Administration Bank Officer

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Spire Gatwick Park is seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As part of one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through a comprehensive range of medical services tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service for patients, medical professionals, and the hospital team.
  • Provide daily administrative support in designated areas, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the administration processes to ensure timely delivery of clinical correspondence and diagnostic results to consultants and staff.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in IT with a good understanding of administrative systems.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Contract Type: Temporary, with the flexibility to work 3 or more shifts per week.

Working Hours: Shifts available Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
