This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) / be eligible for SC Clearance (must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.

**The Role**

As **EDI & Wellbeing Administrator**, you will play a pivotal role within the EDI team, supporting equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. You'll support internal and external activities, monitor projects, and work across the business with many different people.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- This is a varied role which includes a broad range of administrative duties to support the day-to-day work of the People Department.
- You will specifically support the Head of EDI and Wellbeing and the EDI and Wellbeing Manager in setting up and embedding projects, activities, and initiatives in this function.
- Your duties will include coordinating and reporting on the progress of existing EDI and wellbeing plans and supporting benchmarking, surveys, and audits.
- You'll also manage and monitor the budget and raise purchase orders for expenditure.
- You'll organise and attend internal and external events, liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Demonstrable administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to cope with multiple tasks and priorities appropriately.
- Experience using databases and record-keeping systems.
- A Levels or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent IT skills - Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, publication tools, etc.
- Good interpersonal and organization skills.
