**Hours**: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | 40 hours per week (part time hours considered)

**Salary**: £24,100 (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Advertise vacancies in a timely and professional manner, utilising a variety of job sites
- Schedule and attend phone interviews (10-15 minutes each)
- Support colleagues in maintaining the vacancy tracking and reporting suite
- Meet recruitment targets set by Calex (including phone interviews, screening, and filled vacancies)
- Operate to recruitment processes, policies and procedures at all times
- Recruit for any other vacancies as required by Calex (this could include internal and non-automotive roles)
- Support Calex in its responsibilities to key stakeholders (Ofsted, ESFA, client contracts)
- General administrative and welfare responsibilities as required

Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation contracted to a number of market leading automotive manufacturers. We are currently seeking to hire a Recruitment Administrator on a full-time basis to join our recruitment team, supporting automotive dealers to identify and recruit for a range of different role, including Technicians, Sales Executives, and Apprentices.

The Recruitment Administrator will work as a part of a small team and will play a key role in the delivery of quality driven recruitment service for a number of large automotive manufacturers, including Peugeot, Vauxhall, Mazda, and Volvo.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £24,100.00 per year
